Independent Meheen specialists, based in Europe

Meheens are built in Colorado. Yours is in Europe, and so are we. We fix them, overhaul them, find parts for them, set them up to run bottles they’ve never run, and rebuild used ones for resale. Send us something technical and you’ll normally have an answer inside 24 hours.

Six-head Meheen · installed A six-head Meheen bottling machine with its control screen, installed on a brewery line
Independent · not affiliated

We’re independent. Not affiliated with, authorised by, or an agent of Meheen or Wild Goose Filling. Which is the point: a technician in Europe, answering today.

Parts held in the EU

Shipped DAP. No transatlantic freight, no import paperwork, and VAT handled as a domestic transaction.

12-month warranty

On every part we supply, with the exclusions written down rather than buried.

We were owners first

We bought a Meheen before we ever worked on anybody else’s. Every machine we touch gets written up.

24h

To an answer

Send it and an engineer reads it. You get a diagnosis or the one question we need to get to one, not an acknowledgement.

48h

To a stocked part

For the wear items we keep here. Made-to-order work runs longer, up to six weeks, and we tell you which you’re looking at before you order.

To your door

European working hours, European freight. When a visit is the right answer we arrange one.

We’d rather tell you than make you ask

You should be able to work out on a Sunday night whether we’re anywhere near your budget, without starting a conversation to find out. So here are the starting figures, and we’re equally straight about what we can and can’t do.

Reconditioned machines

FromEUR 30,000

Our stock rotates, so the honest answer is to ask what’s on the floor. Every machine is checked and reconditioned before it goes out, and most can be adapted to your bottle format as part of the job. Prices start at EUR 30,000 and the real figure depends on the machine and what it needed.

Ask what’s here now

Format-change kits

FromEUR 1,000

Made to order, so the price depends on your bottle and your machine. Built for 330ml, 500ml, 650ml and 750ml, and for the crown swap between 26 mm and 29 mm. Parts we quote one by one, because a parts enquiry is already specific.

The machine, in numbers

The Meheen M6 is the one most European craft brewers land on

It’s a very good machine and it’s the most compact thing in its class, with dissolved oxygen and total package oxygen figures that hold up against equipment costing a great deal more.

The M2, M2CE, M4 and Merlin N-Series are all machines we work on too.

Nothing in the fill section turns or wears against anything else, which is why these machines are still going decades on. What fails is a seal or a valve part, not a drive.

A Meheen caps with a crown and nothing else. It doesn’t cork and it doesn’t cage. What it will do is run either crown size, 26 mm or 29 mm, and changing between them is one of the conversions we build kits for.

How we got here

We were brewers on a tight budget who kept losing beer at the last step

Then friends started asking how to run theirs. Then how to fix theirs. Then whether theirs could be made to take a different bottle. That went on for years before we made it the job in 2025.

After · Meheen M2 The Meheen M2 that replaced it
Low dissolved oxygen, fills we could stand behind, and very little in the fill section that could go badly wrong.
Why an independent, and why a European one

There isn’t anyone else doing this here

Meheen is built in Colorado, and that’s where the design authority sits. We don’t pretend otherwise. But design authority isn’t what you need at six on a bottling morning. You need somebody who knows the machine, has the part, and can get to your line inside European working hours.

That’s the gap we work in. Nobody in Europe specialises in these machines, so owners here have had two options: a long email to another continent, or a local engineer who’s never seen one. We hold parts here, we build the format kits here, and we sell rebuilt machines here. VAT comes to you as a domestic transaction rather than an import.

We’re new at this as a business, and we say so

Full-time since 2025, after years of doing it for friends. We can’t hand you a long track record, so we don’t ask you to take anything on trust. The workshop’s open. Every machine we touch gets written up against its serial number. And there’s a page about what happens when something goes wrong, which is the bit most people leave out.

How buying from us works

Where we work

Belgium, and the rest of Europe

Parts and kits ship DAP. Anywhere from 24 hours to six weeks depending on the item and where you are. Most of what we build is made for one specific machine, so a lot of the job is design and manufacture rather than travel — but when a visit is the right answer we arrange one. We work in English and French.

Questions we actually get

The ones worth answering before you write

Are you an authorised Meheen dealer?

No. We’re independent. We know the machines, we’re in Europe, we hold parts here and Pieter works on them. What we can’t do is speak for the manufacturer.

Do you sell genuine Meheen parts?

Most of what we fit is original SMC/Festo aftermarket, sourced and fitted by us. Some things we do have to buy from the manufacturer. The controller is the clearest example: the box itself is ordinary industrial hardware, but the program running on it is theirs, so a controller change goes through Meheen. We state the component sources transparently when ordering.

Do I need the serial number?

No. It helps when you have it, but we only hold a partial register of serial numbers, so a photo and a description of what’s wrong get us further than a number does. Send the photo.

Can a Meheen do cork and cage?

No. It’s a crown-cap machine and nothing changes that. It will run either crown size though, 26 mm or 29 mm, and swapping between them is one of the format changes we do.

What does a reconditioned Meheen cost?

From EUR 30,000. What we’ve got changes constantly, so ask and we’ll tell you what’s on the floor.

What have you got in stock?

It moves. Machines come in, get rebuilt, go out. Tell us what you need to bottle and how fast and we’ll tell you what’s here.

What does a format-change kit cost?

From EUR 1,000. We build them for 330ml, 500ml, 650ml and 750ml, and for the crown swap between 26 mm and 29 mm.

How quickly do you answer?

Within 24 hours. Send a photo and a line about what it’s doing.

Can I come and see a machine?

Yes, and we’d rather you did. Come to the workshop and watch it run. If you can’t travel we film it for you. More on how buying from us works.

Which models do you work on?

M2, M2CE, M4, M6 and the Merlin N-Series.
