We were Meheen owners before we were a Meheen business
All of this came out of running one of these ourselves, on not much money, and needing it to work.
We were brewers with a budget problem
We’d put a lot of care into the beer and we kept losing it at the last step, which is where most small breweries lose it. Bottling by hand costs you dissolved oxygen, it costs you carbonation, and it costs you a day. The equipment that fixes that was priced for somebody else.
Then we found the Meheen. It isn’t a perfect machine and we’ve never said it was. What it is, is a very good counter-pressure filler at a price we could just about stretch to. We bought one and learned it properly, because we had to.
After that it spread by word of mouth. A friend with a Meheen wanted to get more out of theirs. Then a friend of a friend needed one fixed. Then somebody needed theirs to run a bottle it had never run, and we worked out how — which is where the format kits come from.
For years that was a favour and a sideline. In 2025 we stopped pretending and made it the job.
The reader’s own problem, and then the way out of it
Two reasons, and neither is sentiment
We’ve been the customer. We know what it’s like to have one filler, no spare and a delivery on Friday. That’s why the answer to a fault report is a diagnosis rather than a callout quote, and why we’d rather send you a procedure than sell you a visit you don’t need.
And nobody trained us to be a Meheen dealer. We learned the machine because ours had to keep running, then learned it again on other people’s, one awkward problem at a time. That’s a narrow kind of experience and it’s the kind this job needs.

Rebuilt here in Belgium and documented against the serial number.
Reconditioned machinesMost of what we build is made for one specific machine, so a lot of the job is design and manufacture rather than turning up with a toolbox. We also do straightforward consultancy, which usually means helping somebody get more out of the machine they already own.
We’re in Belgium and we work across the continent. Parts and kits go DAP, anywhere from 24 hours to six weeks depending on what it is and where you are. We work in English and French.
The invitation stands
Machines get worked on by people, not by a company
There are two of us and we’re both on the machines. Pieter reads what you send and answers it — no first-line support, no ticket queue, nobody sitting in between.
Pieter brews. Seven years of it, and he still does at home, so he spends his weekends fixing his own kit and his weeks fixing yours.
He trained as an electromechanical technician and came to us straight out of it. That’s the order that matters here. He understood the beer before he understood the machine, so when you tell him the fill’s foaming he’s already asking about your tank temperature and not only about the valve.
Expect him to want to know what you’re brewing. He’ll ask anyway.
We photograph the work as we go. Five machines so far and more than twenty photographs — repairs, rebuilds and format conversions, at various stages of being in pieces. You can see what a Meheen looks like stripped, what we replace and what we leave alone.
Write to Meheenfill-service.eu. Pieter reads it and we answer within 24 hours.
Written works better for us than spoken, and it means your photos and your description land with the person who can do something about them. Put your number in the message if you’d rather we rang you.
English and French.
The ones worth answering before you write
How long have you been doing this?
Full-time since 2025, and for years before that as a sideline, fixing and converting machines for friends.
Were you really brewers?
Yes, and that’s where the Meheen came from. We bought one because we couldn’t afford anything better and we needed the bottling to be good. It turned out to be a better machine than its price suggested.
Where are you?
Belgium. The workshop’s ours and you’re welcome in it.
Do you work on anything besides Meheen?
No. M2, M2CE, M4, M6 and Merlin N-Series. That’s the list, and keeping it short is the point.
Why no testimonials?
We haven’t got verified ones and we’re not writing fake ones. What’s there instead is on the buying page.
Can I talk to someone who’s bought from you?
Ask. If somebody’s willing, we’ll put you in touch. We’re not going to put words in anyone’s mouth on a web page.
Who does the work?
Both of us. Pieter’s also the person you’ll be emailing.
