Machines we’ve worked on
Five machines, photographed as we went. Repairs, full rebuilds and format conversions, at various stages of being in pieces. It isn’t a portfolio and it isn’t a stock list. It’s a record.
What reconditioned looks like when we say it
If you’ve got one of these and you’re wondering what we replace and what we leave alone, the pictures answer that faster than a paragraph does. Serial numbers where we know them. Blocks stay up after a machine goes: a record of finished work is worth more than a catalogue of available work.
Machine 1 of 5
Fill levels varying head to head, and a fill section nobody had been inside for years.
Machine 2 of 5
More tired than broken. Stripped, assessed and put back together properly.
Machine 3 of 5
Set up to run a bottle it had never run, and still able to run the one it always had.
Machine 4 of 5
Wear items changed before they failed, air system put right, condition documented.
Machine 5 of 5
Crown misfeeds and bottle jams. Mechanical, and usually one worn part rather than a fault.
It doesn’t get its own page, and that’s deliberate. Stock is too thin and too short-lived to keep a page honest, so everything goes through the enquiry instead. Tell us what you need to bottle and we’ll tell you what’s on the floor.
What you get instead is this: five machines that were actually rebuilt, photographed through the work, with honest notes about what was replaced and what was left alone.
