What the big bottle opens

A different shelf and a different price per litre

A 750ml doesn’t sit next to a four-pack. It’s a sharing bottle: a restaurant list, a gift, a specialist shelf, an export SKU where the large format is simply what buyers expect. Same beer, different buyer, different margin.

What we can tell you exactly is our side. The kit starts at EUR 1,000, it’s a one-off, and it doesn’t stop you running what you run now. The other routes to the same shelf are a second machine from EUR 30,000 or a co-packer taking a cut of every bottle forever.

It’s crowned, and that’s not a limitation to hide

A Meheen caps with a crown. It doesn’t cork and it doesn’t cage, so if your 750ml has to be corked and caged this machine isn’t the route to it — and we’d rather say that on the page than after you’ve ordered. Plenty of large-format beer is crowned, and both crown sizes run, so if a 29 mm crown is what your bottle wants that’s part of the kit.

What a heavier bottle changes

A 750ml is taller and heavier than what you’re probably running now, and weight is what the handling end notices. Grip, centring and how the fill tube engages all get checked against your actual bottle rather than against a nominal volume.

What you get back

One of three answers, free, within 24 hours. Yes, with the kit and the lead time. Yes, with this — the kit plus whatever else your machine needs. Or no, with the reason. We do say no.

Making, fitting, changing over

Plan on Roughly 6–8 weeks for production, and another 2–4 weeks if we’re assembling and testing it here before it ships. The real dates go in the written quote. Shipped DAP across Europe.

No two kits are quite the same — what yours contains depends on your bottle and your machine, and the quote itemises it. We’ll fit it, commission it and train your operator, or ship it to your own team. After that, switching between formats is an operating procedure rather than another purchase.

What we say about certification

We restore what the machine does. We don’t change its function, and we don’t add or re-issue any CE certification.

The questions this conversion actually raises

Can any Meheen run 750ml?

Not automatically. It depends on your machine’s configuration and on the specific bottle, which is what the free check is for.

Can it cork and cage a 750ml?

No. A Meheen crowns and nothing changes that. If your bottle has to be corked and caged, this machine isn’t the route to it.

Will I still be able to run my current bottle?

Yes. A kit adds a format, it doesn’t remove one.

How much?

From EUR 1,000, made to order.

Does it change my compliance position?

We restore what the machine does. We don’t change its function, and we don’t add or re-issue any CE certification.

How long to make?

Roughly 6–8 weeks for production, and another 2–4 weeks if we’re assembling and testing it here before it ships. The real dates go in the written quote.
